I’m Mary Tovar, a passionate learner, certified coach, and real estate agent. From a young age, I knew my mission was to help people reach their full potential. For years, I dedicated myself to education and personal development, but my curiosity led me to seek something more.

The change came when I decided to move to a new country. Facing a new language, new rules, and the complexities of life in the United States wasn’t easy. Managing family finances, learning the laws, and adapting to a different culture was a constant challenge.
Tension mounted, conflicts at home were relentless, and I felt like I was losing control of my own destiny.
It was at that moment that my husband and I decided to seek support. We started reading books, attending coaching sessions, and adjusting to our new reality.
Everything is Possible
Despite the challenges—with two young children and a husband working long hours—I made the courageous decision to start sharing my knowledge through social media. I organized myself effectively and gradually began creating valuable content.
Thanks to that dedication, today, in 2024, I have reached over 30,000 followers, educating Latino families about real estate and finance.
I have also helped more than 100 families find suitable properties and improve their money management habits.

entrepreneur, and like everyone else, I have chaotic days, I make mistakes, and
sometimes I’m overwhelmed with doubt.
